The Sanctuary & Annex Rental
The Sanctuary :
A 1800 sq ft non-denominational church space with:
- 6 Original 19th Century Stained Glass Windows
- Steinwey Grand Piano
- Stage & Dancefloor
- Projector & Screen
- Sound System
- Round, Cocktail, & Long Tables
The Annex :
A 1600 sq ft intimate event space with:
- Bridal suite & bathroom
- Bar availability
- Full kitchen
- Long & Cocktail tables
Rental Pricing
Wedding
Wedding Ceremonies: $1250-$1450
Wedding Receptions: $2250-$3000
Combined Wedding Ceremony/Reception: $2500-$3500
Other
Parties: $850-$1250
Wedding/Baby Showers: $650-$850
Celebrations of Life: $850-$1250
Rehearsal Dinner: $1000-$1250
Weekday Corporate event: $150-$175 /hr.

Full Service Bar
Drink Packages & Prices
Fixed Price Bar
$125 per bartender
price per person for all guests over 21 attending event:
A) Beer and House Wines – 4-hour bar – $20 per person over age 21
B) Beer, House Wines and 1 specialty cocktail – 4-hour bar – $23 per person over age 21
C) Beer, House Wine and Well Spirits – 4-hour bar – $25 per person over age 21 (no shots)
D) Beer, Wine, and Top Shelf Spirits – 4-hour bar – $35 per person over age 21 (no shots)
*Soft drinks and bottled water included in price per person over 21
Beers are 2 domestic brands – for craft or import beers add $2 per person
Champagne toast – add $3 per person to fixed price
Guests age 5-20 – $4 per person for non-alcoholic beverages
Consumption Bar
$500 minimum & $125 per bartender
host pays only for drinks served at the following rates:
$4 domestic beers
$6-$7 craft/import beers
$8 glasses of house white or red wine.
$8 well cocktails
$9-$13 top shelf spirits
$2 soft drinks/bottled water
$7 per glass of house champagne
*Consumption bar above can be beer/wine only if preferred.
Cash Bar
$300 setup and bartender fee
guests pay for their own drinks at consumption prices
Consumption Bar/Cash Bar Hybrid
$500 minimum
Consumption Bar that converts to Cash Bar once the budgeted amount has been spent
